This patient, a gentleman in his 50s, came to us looking to address some mild thinning right along his frontal band. While the hair loss wasn't severe, it was enough to leave the front of his hair looking weak and poorly defined—something that had bothered him for a long time. He wanted a strong, bold hairline that would give him the freedom to style his hair exactly how he wanted. Rather than trying to lower his hairline or flatten out the shape, he was perfectly happy with its natural position; he simply needed a solid, high-density foundation. To achieve this, we took a highly precise, dense-packing approach using a 2,000-graft FUT procedure to fully reinforce and define the frontal zone.
